HATFIELD LEAD THE WAY!
05 Sep 2006 10:28

The first London representative club to win the Speedo League in 37 years. Top Youth club, Top Boys club, five National Champions and 16 medals at the ASA Youth and National Championships 2006.

Hatfield SC has pulled off some spectacular results this year.

This small club from Hertfordshire has much to be proud of. Led by Nick Juba, his crop of talented swimmers had managed to prove that you do not have to be a big club to take the honours home.

With the likes of Ceri Unwin, Adam Brown, Richard Charlesworth, Jonathan Quinn and Rachael George in the team, who are all representatives for their country at junior level, Hatfield have managed to take the resources of a small club and produce results that most would envy.

Through Hatfield’s promise to serve the community first, it has attracted an Olympic finalist, three senior and twelve junior GB international representatives and a triple Paralympic Champion through its history.

It would seem that their willingness to strive for the best, provides its members with the drive and determination to succeed at the highest level.
