One of the goals of Swim 21 is to 'incorporate a partnership approach to the delivery of swimming locally'.In order to achieve the above, we recommend the appointment of a Liaison Officer. Representation on Key committees at County and District level is of paramount importance; it will give your club the opportunity to have an input into the development of the Sport of Swimming.
