Tip for the top: If you train hard, you’ll not only be hard but you’ll be hard to beat.

How did you get involved with synchro: My older sister did it so I joined in!

Sporting heroes: Gemma Mengual

Closest friend in sport: My flat mate Olivia Allison and all the rest of the GB squad

Favourite sport other than synchro: Rugby

Three words that best describe you: Happy, talkative and determined.
Most prized possession: My car because it gives me my independence

Biggest influence on your career: Gayle Adamson

Favorite venue and why: The Garrison because it’s home now but any pool in the sun is good too!

Any other family connections to sport: My sister did synchro and my mum works for Sport England

Tips to relax: Go to the cinema (preferably on Orange Wednesday)

Ultimate ambition: To swim in and be successful in the 2012 Olympic Games.
