Finest ever performance/Why: It was at the British Championships in April. I swam really fast and was really happy with my performance.

First senior international meet: It was at the 2000 Paralympic Games in Sydney.

Role models: Susie O’Neill

My aspirations are: I want to swim as fast as I can in Beijing.

Tip for the top: Good communication with your coach and those around you.

Life after swimming: I want to be a teacher.
