Amendments To Judicial Rules

The Head of Legal Affairs put forward a Report to ASA Board February 2007, which outlined proposed Rule changes to the ASA Judicial Rules. The proposal was approved.

The new Rules will be implemented with effect from the 21 April 2007.  To download the Judicial Rules and Judicial Laws in full please CLICK HERE.  

The Judicial Laws 2007 will the subject of [some] change with effect from 1 January 2008.  To view these changes please CLICK HERE.  The changes are highlighted.  A fully incorporated version such as will appear in the ASA Handbook will be available to download in the New Year.

8 January 2008.  As well as the changes highlighted above effective from 1 January 2008 amendments have been made to Judicial Law 107.1 and 109.1 also effective from 1 January 2008.  To view the amendments, please CLICK HERE.
