Officials wishing to officate at the British Gas Masters and Senior Age Group Championships in Glasgow from 18-20th June 2010 can download the form from the Event Information section.

Functional Ability Cards for athletes with a Disability valid for 2010-2011 have a purple border surrounding the photograph of the athlete.

Applications for the 2010 British Swimming Referee course and examination have now closed. Candiates wishing to enrol for 2011 can now find an application form in the forms section below.
